Alright, well we’re a real estate company so we’re going to jump in and give a little bit of a market update we’re we are right now. This is for Placer County or Sacramento County. In Sacramento County the market is about 3 times as large as the Placer County market. 3,450 houses are on the market right now. That’s an increase in inventory. It’s quite a bit.
